A Hidden Gem in Thamel!

I had an incredible solo stay for 5 days, unexpectedly extending my trip. The rooftop restaurant offered amazing breakfast served with a smile. The friendly staff, especially Prajwal and Prem, made me feel at home. Tip, Don't miss the local chai—it’s a must-try!

Lekker location, quiet yet close to the hustle. The staff went above and beyond—really felt like a home away from home. Had a blast enjoying brekkie on the rooftop with stunning views!

The stairs were a bit dodgy—def watch your step!

The air conditioning in the room was not warm enough for the colder evenings, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.

the room was dusty and the towels left fibers all over me—absolutely delightful. I mean, who doesn’t love an itchy night’s sleep? I also expected a complimentary upgrade for my trouble, but apparently, common courtesy is out of style here. almost had a good review, but just couldn’t deal with the lack of attention.

the rooms are comfortable and spacious with heating, just what we needed. the breakfast could be more varied.

All fine, but Wi-Fi issues

the stairs were slippery (watch out for those! ). but the staff were super friendly and helped me with airport transfers. breakfast with local flavors was the perfect way to start my day. the rooftop terrace offered amazing views (the sunset was beautiful)!

The rooftop dining space is a real gem, offering yoga sessions in the morning and a delightful breakfast with a great view. Coming back to a clean, spacious room after a long day in Thamel was refreshing, and the ambiance felt like a quiet retreat amidst the hustle.

Accessing the property can be a bit tricky due to its dark and narrow approach, making it feel a bit unsettling for newcomers. during my stay, I noticed the stairs after cleaning were left wet and slippery—definitely a safety issue that needs addressing. It could benefit from clearer signage for those unfamiliar with the area.

The room offered a peaceful atmosphere, allowing for a great night's sleep despite a slight musty odor upon arrival, which improved when the windows were opened. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making interactions enjoyable. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. dust was present, and the towels were not only unclean but also irritating to the skin. the Wi-Fi connection was insufficient at times, impacting my ability to work remotely while enjoying my stay.

The rooftop terrace with amazing views and a cozy atmosphere really made my experience special. Loved the comfy room and strategic location!
